The CIIMAR SCIENTIFIC PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST is back for a 2nd edition! 

This contest is addressed to all CIIMAR members with the purpose of sharing experiences, embrace science communication, encourage creativity in the context of scientific work and will allow CIIMAR to have a richer photography library. This library will be available to the entire scientific community of CIIMAR for projects, presentations, and other scientific ends, duly credited.

Last year we received more than 70 photographs and Ana Freire da Silva won the first prize. 

How to apply?

The contest is open until 27 February 2023 and is restricted to CIIMAR members only. The winners will be announced during the celebration of the 23rd CIIMAR anniversary, on 3rd March.
