ZEISS WORKSHOP AT CIIMAR | 6 & 8 November

On November 6 and 8, ZEISS as part of the TREC Expedition, will hold a workshop that will be repeated in three separate sessions to present the Celldiscoverer 7 with AI Imaging to automatically recognize different plankton species. The Celldiscoverer 7 combines the ease of use of an automated microscope with the image quality and flexibility of a classic inverted research microscope.
Discover how the system offers multi-format capability, high throughput and super-resolution imaging with AI-supported image analysis of various samples from 2D or 3D cell cultures over tissue sections up to small model organisms. The state-of-the-art workflow comes with several ZEISS ZEN software packages that include modules for, e.g., deconvolution and machine learning, amongst other cutting-edge features.
November 6: 9h30 - 12h30; 14h00 - 17h00
November 8: 14h00 - 17h00
