Alertox-NET project presentation session

ALERTOX-NET is a European project funded by the Interreg Atlantic program with three million euros, which aims to detect marine toxins in sea products for human consumption.
Through this project the companies and institutions working on this area can have access to three main advantages: increase customer food safety, which translates into increased consumer confidence in the company's products; participate in the development of a quick and innovative analysis system that will allow companies to anticipate possible intoxication problems, safeguarding financial capital; early access to a warning system for toxins, including emerging toxins.
The Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP) and CIIMAR, with the collaboration of the Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere, I. P. (IPMA, IP) and the Portuguese National Association of Canned Fish Manufactures (ANICP) invites to a presentation session of the project ALERTOX-NET. Please find the program here.
