The 2nd INSEAFOOD Workshop was held at CIIMAR facilities on January 31, 2018. The Workshop was attended by 81 participants from nine research institutions and five companies and associations from the national seafood industry.

The main results of the INSEAFOOD project were presented and its impact on the national and regional economy was discussed, resulting in a fruitful exchange of knowledge between the academy and the stakeholders.

This event also counted with the participation of Docapesca – Portos e Lotas, S.A., which organized a tasting of seafood products from Portuguese aquaculture.
