During the fourth edition of the Week of Life and Earth Sciences – Terra ECO, CIIMAR was awarded for its institutional merit by the Agrarian School of the Viana do Castelo Polytechnic Institute (ESA-IPVC).

Viana do Castelo Polytechnic Institute (IPVC) is a regional institution, which provides qualified human, cultural, scientific, technical and professional training. The IPVC is made up of six Schools offering undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses, these last very often in collaboration with national and international polytechnics, universities and I&D institutions as CIIMAR.

The collaboration with CIIMAR is done through the project “ECOSAN -promoção do saneamento ecológico integral” and includes the training of students in biotechnology.
