After five editions of the Blue Young Talent (BYT) program, the Interdisciplinary Center for Marine and Environmental Research (CIIMAR) joins Fundação Amadeu Dias to give birth to BYTplus, the post-graduate program of the Blue Young Talent family . The applications open today!

After the success of the BYT CIIMAR pre-graduate program, focused on undergraduate students of the University of Porto (UP), today is lanched the postgraduate version of the BYT program, to enroll the best Ms students who are attending the first year of a master's degree at any Portuguese university.

The main objective of the BYTplus program, funded by Fundação Amadeu Dias Foundation, is to attract talents in environmental sciences, marine biotechnology, that aim to work in partnership with industry and SMEs. The idea is to provide the students with a postgraduate training in a scientific excellence environment and stimulate science and technology transfer to enterprises.

Applications for the first edition of the BYT and BYTplus programs begin this Friday, April 12 and until 31 May 2019 and the results will be available in June. All the information about the program and applications on the BYT program website.
