The fifth technical meeting for coordination and monitoring of the AlertoxNet project - Interreg Atlantic Area - took place at CIIMAR on October 16th. All consortium involved in the project was present at the meeting, including the University of Santiago de Compostela (ES), Intecmar (ES), Queen's University Belfast and The Institute for Global Food Security (IGFC) (UK), CIIMAR-UP (PT), CEA (FR), At AZTI (ES), Marine Institute (UK), National University of Ireland, Galway (IE), IFREMER (FR), CIFGA SA (ES) Laboratory, Cefas (UK). Interreg Atlantic Area Program Manager for Portugal, Mr. Carlos Garea Lodeiro, was also present. In the second part of the event there was a meeting with Stakeholders, including the participation of companies and institutions such as IPMA (PT), AMBIFOOD (PT), CEA (FR), Bruker Optik GmbH (DE), NOVAKITS (FR) and Neogeneurope (UK).
