CIIMAR is at the All-Atlantic Ocean Research Forum (6 - 7 February 2020, in Brussels) with the researcher Jorge Neves. This forum is dedicated to the changes that the Atlantic Ocean and its ecosystems will undergo, as described in the IPCC Special Report and the IPBES Global Assessment Report on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services. The forum will also focus on the solutions that research and innovation can provide.

 

The Forum is expected to establish a new strategy for the Atlantic Ocean Research Alliance, which can support the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and fulfill priorities such as the European Green Agreement and the Mission's Healthy Oceans Horizon Europe!
