Integrated in the celebrations of its twentieth anniversary on February 29, 2020, CIIMAR opens an exhibition of the Russel-Pinto shell collection donated to CIIMAR 13 years ago. The exhibition integrates shells from all over the world, mainly from the Atlantic and Indo-Pacific oceans, that were collected or offered to Fernanda Russell-Pinto (Associate Professor at ICBAS-UPorto) and Rui Pinto (promoter of recreational diving in Porto) over a lifetime of travel and diving.
