The seventh edition of the Blue Young Talent (BYT) program opens on May 6. This time we proudly annouce that CIIMAR created the BYT PhD, the PhD program of the Blue Young Talent family, which is funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT).

 

After the success of the BYT and BYTplus programs, dedicated to undergraduated students and master's degrees, now borns a program dedicated to students who wish to do a PhD. The BYT PhD program aims to attract talents in the field of marine and environmental sciences and biotechnologies in partnership with industry and SMEs. The BYT PhD will provide its students with complementary training in a excellence scientific environment, promoting their integration in the business world and encouraging the science and technology transfer to companies.

 

Applications for the seventh edition of all BYT programs starts on May 6, and results are expected to be available in June. All information about the program and the applications is available on the BYT website.
