CIIMAR researcher Marisa Almeida appointed to integrate the Management Committee for COST Action PLANTMETALS - Trace metal metabolism in plants.

 

This COST Action aims to elucidate the mechanisms of metal accumulation, distribution, speciation, deficiency, toxicity and detoxification in crop plants. PLANTMETALS is coordinated by Prof Hendrik Küpper of the Biology Center of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Institute of Plant Molecular Biology in the Czech Republic.
