The CIIMAR researcher Tiago Ferradosa wins the 2021 Young Investigator Award by JMSE MDPI.

 

Dr. Tiago Fazeres-Ferradosa works in Marine Energy Team  and is the responsible for the R&D sub-unit Offshore Structures and Foundations of the Marine Energy Group at the Faculty of Engineering of University of Porto. His research interests include the study of scour and erosion in marine structures, risk analysis applied to coastal and offshore engineering, and the prediction of extreme sea states. Dr. Tiago Fazeres- Ferradosa received his Ph.D. in 2018 and has an outstanding publication record of 42 publications in peer-reviewed international journals as well as as Hirsch-Index of 12 and 411 citations in Scopus.
