CIIMAR researchers Isabel Sousa Pinto, Sara Antunes and Sandra Nogueira contributed to the Fundo Ambiental report about Bidiversity2030. The report is the response of Fundo Ambiental to the challenge proposed by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Action. It was assembled around a single diagnostic exercise with a large amount of geographic biodiversity data on land, inland waters and at sea, with a view to generating scenarios that can support the policy-making process. 

The authors of this study also focused on an analysis of terrestrial and marine biodiversity patterns and trends, taking into account projected climate change for the country.
