In the scope of the BLUEandGreen Project, CIIMAR researchers had and workshop related to ISO 9001, led by Fundacion Medina.

The object of the training course was studying the requirements of the international standard, to analyze the certification requirements and processes, as well as give guidelines to carry out the correct implementation of the ISO 9001.

During the course, practical cases were carried out in order to assimilate the requirements related to the focus on processes (Process Mapping), customer requirements (Customer Analysis and Stakeholders), as well as continuous improvement.
