Eduardo Rocha is full Professor of ICBAS-UPorto and Integrated PhD Member at CIIMAR, since its foundation. He holds a Licenciatura in Aquatic Sciences, and a PhD and Habilitation in Biomedical Sciences. He is PI of the Histomorphology, Physiopathology and Applied Toxicology Group (CIIMAR), and Director of the Lab of Histology and Embryology (ICBAS). His current main research interests are pollution by EDCs and their effects and MOA in fish, and cytotoxicity of bioactive compounds derived from fungi and algae. He mentored/co-mentored over 30 MSC/PhD students (concluded), and authored/co-authored more than 200 international publications, including over 170 works in peer-reviewed journals/books.
