Sofia Gonçalves holds a Master degree in Chemistry. Over the past 7 years she had been responsible for applying analytical techniques of Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry with EA and TC/EA peripheries. She is also responsible for the laboratory management in what concerns the utilization of the IRMS equipment. Other responsibilities include sample processing, preparation and analysis using mostly EA-IRMS, data analysis and reporting, developing new methods, method validation and quality management.
