Inês Carvalho graduated in Applied Biology by the University of Minho in 2018, is currently in the second year of the master of Marine Science - Marine Resources in the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences - University of Porto. Her work is focused on the effect of dietary amino acid supplementation on fish immune and stress responses, particularly on the impact of histidine supplementation on the Atlantic salmon health status following transfer to seawater.
