With a degree in Economics from the Faculdade de Economia do Porto and a postgraduate degree in Finance and Taxation from Porto Business Scholl, he is the administrative and financial director of CIIMAR where he is responsible for accounting and finance, human resources, project management and planning services among others. In carrying out these tasks, he coordinates support to the other CIIMAR directorates in the development of activities.
